When shopping and browsing on operastore.dk you automatically accept our Terms & Conditions. We, therefore, recommend that you read the terms and conditions before placing an order.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

When purchasing on our website you authorize operastore.dk to make a withdrawal from your credit card.

We use Stripe as a payment provider, and we accept payment by Visa and Mastercard amongst others. You can also pay with Paypal. If you’re experiencing trouble with your payment, please contact us.

All prices on the website are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT which is 25%. operastore.dk cannot be held responsible for any misprints in regard to pricing.

Orders placed within the European Union should not be subject to any additional taxes, whereas countries outside the European Union may charge customs fees upon arrival to the destination country.

operastore.dk cannot be held responsible for any delay at customs or extra charges applied.

SECURITY

All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). Only the payment provider Stripe (stripe.com) or Paypal has access to your data. It is not possible neither for OPERA nor any other unauthorized entity to see or read data, which is exchanged in connection with the purchase. At OPERA your personal contact information is 100% confidential, and we guarantee that no unauthorized persons will have access to it.

DELIVERY

We ship to wherever you are, and we usually ship orders three times a week.

The delivery guidelines below are approximations and not a guarantee of delivery within the stated time.

Denmark: 1-3 working days
Scandinavia: 2-6 working days
Europe: 5-10 working days
Rest of the world: 7-15 working days
Please note that when shipping to outside of Europe, the order will have to go through the customs authority for clearance – this is not included in the approximate delivery time.

SHIPPING

All goods are sent from Roskilde, Denmark. We ship worldwide. Relevant freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay.

We ship all orders as parcel post which makes it possible to track and trace the parcel. The goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check the contents of the parcel upon receipt. We carefully pack goods in protective boxes or tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us (mail@operastore.dk) immediately, or at the latest 2 days after receipt.

CUSTOMS DUTY & VAT

When you order from an EU country you pay Danish VAT, but no customs duty in accordance with the rules of free movement of goods. Local taxes and duties may apply, in which case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From that point, it is your own responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Articles bought from OPERA store are fully returnable within 14 days upon receipt. Please note the products have to be returned in the same condition as when they were purchased. Any used or broken product packaging, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are received in the same condition as when purchased. Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and expense and is to be handled by you. 

If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email with your order number and the reason for returning. Please contact us at mail@operastore.dk before sending back the goods, and we will provide you with directions for return. Please note that expense for the return shipment is paid by you.

When we have received the goods and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 5 days. We dont return the shipping cost. Please remember to keep your post office receipt as a documentation that the goods have been sent.

Orders returned to OPERA store because they have not been picked up at the post office or any other pick-up points will be handled as a return parcel, meaning that the original shipping cost and the return cost will not be refunded.

COMPLAINTS

OPERA trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. PRIVACY

operastore.dk’s Privacy Policy applies to use of this site, and its terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. Additionally, by using the site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the site may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such content, contained on the site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to operastore.dk and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

operastore.dk administers and operates the operastore.dk site from its location in Copenhagen, Denmark. Although the site is accessible worldwide, not all features, products or services discussed, referenced, provided or offered through or on the site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations.

operastore.dk reserves the right to limit, in its sole discretion, the provision and quantity of any feature, product or service to any person or geographic area. Any offer for any feature, product or service made on the site is void where prohibited.
